Why the Owner Chose Kapaa
Location, location, location. This resort has it all, centrally located, between the North and South shores, directly on the beach, quiet peaceful grounds, yet walking distance to shops and restaurants. The ocean view with the morning sunrise is spectacular, and the beach has colorful water and is great for snorkeling. We are so glad God led us to this particular property to share with you.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
What we enjoy most about this property is looking to the horizon over the beautifully colored water while relaxing on the lanai to the sound of the ocean. We also enjoy rich decor like travertine flooring and granite counters. There is also an old hawaii charm here because of the hawaiian plantation style buildings, the peaceful open grounds, the tropical landscape and beautiful plantation style front lobby with sitting lounge.

Aloha from Wolfgang and Katalika Kaiser. After vacatoning on Kauai for a one week vacation in May, 2006, we fell in love with this beautilful paradise island and its friendly people. With God's help our dream came true and we were able to move here permanently. We are very aware of our privileged surroundings and get our thrills helping to make this experience possible for others to enjoy too. It's not about money, It's about people!
