Enjoy beautiful Kona sunsets and spectacular ocean view from our third floor Country Club Villa Condo with private lanai. This vacation Condo has spectacular views of the ocean and overlooks the Kona Country Club 18th fairway. It is situated on the quiet third level of a three-story building, but is only one level above the parking area. This Condo sleeps four to six people comfortably with two bedrooms plus loft and two full baths. Interior highlights include vaulted ceilings providing plenty of natural light, Koa wood throughout, and spiral stairs to the loft bedroom.

Country Club Villas features three beautiful pools, each with jacuzzi, two tennis courts and lush, tropical landscaping throughout the property. Our tastefully decorated living area and master suite open to a spacious private lanai with gas BBQ, perfect for a stay at home evening. Country Club Villas is one of the few Condo complexes that allow cooking on the lanai.

The master bedroom has a king bed and bath with lanai view. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with mountainside view. A full second bathroom includes washer and dryer. Twin beds are situated in the loft bedroom, and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. The bright and spacious fully equipped kitchen and dining area include microwave and dishwasher. We offer books and games to share as well as beach towels, beach bags, cooler, sand chairs, and tennis racquets... just grab the sunscreen and off you go to explore Hawaii’s Big Island Paradise!

  • Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo - everything was just as described only better. We had all the amenities we needed and the condo was spotless. We had lovely grilled fish dinners on the lanai and enjoyed snorkeling at several beaches. The ironman was an unbelievable experience and we have great memories to look back on. Thank you!

  • We truly enjoyed your home and thank you for sharing. We had a great time and took full use of the Great Blue Book you sent to us. We picked a few, well many highlights from the book and found them to be right on. The in house washer and dryer worked out well for us. I would say, " If this is your 1st time to the Big Island pack light you can always wash it " Again thank you. PS Your Housekeeper does a great job. and she was very kind.

  • We had a wonderful time at this condo in April 2006. We can't wait to go back again and hope we can book it again next year. Next time we all want to stay longer, there is too much to see and do for one week. I have two 12 year olds and a 9 year old who can't wait to be certified scuba divers after this trip. The kids counted 20 sea turtles and learned the names of a dozen Hawaiian fish during the week. What a wonderful trip. Your condo was perfect for my family. Years ago we stayed at several expensive hotels on the big island. I would much rather stay in this unit where we parked a few feet from the condo door, had an upper unit which seemed very private, and had absolutely no hassles. We loved the location. Thanks!

We saw quite a bit during our week, but there are plenty of things left for a return trip.   • Six of my family, covering 3 generations, stayed at your condo Ocober 9-23, 2005, whilst my son competed in Ironman Hawaii. The unit was very conveniently located for us, and was spacious and very well-equipped. This is a great recommendation from us, and we hope to return in the future, perhaps for another Ironman?
