  • Would return in an instant.

"This place was perfect for us. Everything we needed was there. Best of of all really was the large kitchen, which was not only well equipped with cookware and appliances, but was also well stocked with all sorts of spices. On a couple days when the weather was bad it was the ideal place to hang out (tho' in truth Glacier is beautiful even in cold/rainy weather). Owner was super responsive to our needs and had great advice about local places. We were really glad we chose the East Glacier area over West Glacier, and this house proved to be a great base for all of our activities inside and outside the park."

  • Great Stay in West Yellowstone

"My family of four stayed here in late August and had no complaints at all. The condo was exactly how it was described and the pictures were accurate. It was quite chilly on the evening we arrived, so we turned on all the heaters and left for dinner. When we returned to the condo, the heaters had really done their job, as it was a little too warm then. We ended up turning off the heaters and the temperature settled nicely for the remainder of our five night stay. The location was very convenient to town, restaurants, grocery stores, and the park, while also being in a quiet area. The condo was clean and was stocked with pretty much anything you would want. However, our days were filled from sun up to well past sun down, and we didn't spend much time in the condo except for a few hours of sleep each night. I really appreciated having the washer and dryer available, so we only had to pack half the clothes we would have otherwise. Another bonus was that there was washing detergent available for our use. I hate having to buy a whole bottle of detergent for just a couple loads of wash! The only negative about the condo is that you'd better be prepared for stairs (you should be expecting this before you arrive though, as the description of the condo tells you up front that it is three stories tall). The owners were great to work with before, during and after our trip and even called a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Also, I am always pleasantly surprised when VRBO owners return the deposit check without you having to call and ask about it. I was happy to find the check in the mailbox the day after we returned home! Based on our stay here, I would highly recommend this condo if you are looking to stay in West Yellowstone! And as an added bonus, we saw several large elk each morning shortly after entering the park, so even the drive in to the main loop every day never got boring - even after five days of it."

  • Winter wonderland holiday retreat

"We rented the condo to get away for the weekend and celebrate an early Thanksgiving with our daughter who lives in Bozeman. I made a full Thanksgiving meal and the kitchen had everything I needed. The condo was great for our party of 4 and would be very comfortable for a larger group. The sleeping, eating and entertainment space is plenty. Our trip was short but we were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery and saw many animals in the area. We loved the hot tub, sauna and living room for watching our football teams on TV and putting together puzzles . It was the perfect escape for two retirees and also two hard working young people. Thank you Barbara for the yummy coffee cake and being a great host."

Things to See and Do at Montana Vacation Rentals

Montana cabin rentals and homes offer up wide open spaces, tall mountain ranges and abundant wildlife. It is often referred to as the Big Sky State because of its wilderness appeal. Perhaps Montana's most famous natural attraction is Yellowstone National Park and the tall geyser named "Old Faithful" that erupts on a regular basis. Yellowstone vacation rentals are close to great wildlife viewing. It is home to grizzlies, wolves, and various species of deer, elk and other antelope. Another favorite way to explore the landscapes is on horseback. There are numerous road and mountain bike trails available for cyclists.
