We chose Midtown Manhattan for its unmatched accessibility and energy. Find us steps from Grand Central Station, surrounded by world-class dining, hotels, and cultural landmarks. The location allows guests and production teams to arrive effortlessly while still offering the privacy and exclusivity of a tucked-away, renovated firehouse.

Maison Rouge NYC is a full-buyout private townhouse with live-in oversight. Guests have the entire residence to themselves... no shared entrances, no common hallways, no rotating staff.

Unlike most luxury listings, this home is managed on site. The house is actively maintained, quiet, and controlled throughout your stay, which allows for a higher standard of cleanliness, privacy, and consistency.

The layout is intentional. Multiple levels allow guests to be together without being on top of one another. Five private suites offer hotel-level comfort, while shared spaces remain calm and uncluttered. A rooftop terrace provides outdoor air without leaving the property.

Most short-term rentals are self-serve. This one is not.
Most hotels are busy and anonymous. This is not.

Maison Rouge is designed for guests who want a private, well-run residence in Midtown Manhattan, without noise, unpredictability, or shared space.
