Dit huis bestaat uit 3 kingsize slaapkamers, een slaapkamer met twee tweelingen en een stapelbed! Four Palms heeft voor elk wat wils: zwem in het privézwembad, verken Seagrove Beach op de 5 fietsen of geniet van de schoonheid van Eastern Lake terwijl je peddelt in de 2 meegeleverde kajaks; krijg je kleurtje in Florida met slechts een korte wandeling naar het strand of ga naar de nabijgelegen restaurants en winkels! Anthony Family Annual Beach Trip

Six adults and six children ages 9-18 stayed there. We have been doing this since the 18 year old was one. My wife and I along with my two children and their spouses made up the adults. It was universal that overall this was the best house we have had. The house was great and well furnished. The furniture was great and the beds were comfortable. The bikes and kayaks were fantastic. The ice machine was definitely a plus. We could have used another bathroom but we got by. Access to the beach was a bit of a challenge since we could not park a car there but we handled that okay. The ice machine in the refrigerator did not make ice but we had that great one downstairs. Everybody set off the alarm at the back door but that is a great idea if you have little children. We thank the owners for putting this property on the rental plan. Oh I forgot to add the we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Family vacation

We had a great time!!! The location was perfect.. located in a quiet neighborhood with in walking distance to beach. The pool & outdoor space was amazing and the reason we booked this property being that we were traveling with 3 children under 2.

Excellent Family Beach Rental

Our family loved renting this property. The location on the canal made for a quiet and peaceful setting, while the beach was a short walk away. The kayaks and bikes added enjoyment. The outdoor area by the pool was great, with several shaded spots. The interior of the home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Our only complaint is the condition of the outdoor grill as it is not fully functioning due to some rusted flames in need of repair. Overall we give this property a five star rating.

A great location in the most comfortable home

A true gem! This home has everything an active family wants when beaching. Our family enjoyed using all the outdoor amenities and loved the quite neighborhood, just a short walk from the beach. We would highly recommend!

Beautiful home and great location!

This home is managed by 360 Blue, and they were very accommodating, tending to any issues we had immediately Location is great for families, very roomy home and beautifully furnished. Would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful home! Great location!

This house was beautiful and spacious. We had 11 family members and had plenty of space. The pool was fantastic, especially with having a 1yr and 2yr old with us. The location to the beach was a very short walk down the street.

Beautiful home but filthy

We have been coming to Santa Rosa every year for the past 5 years. We love it here and we have stayed if all types of beautiful homes. We have never ever stayed in a house so disgustingly dirty. We opened the sofa bed in the basement and one of the people in our party literally threw up. We así found a used syringe in one of the bedrooms, the bathrooms and showers were full of mold and the chandeliers were full of cobwebs, the rugs were extremely gross and dirty. We have never ever stayed in a house that was so dirty. The hottub never heated up and they jets worked when they wanted. The house was beautiful and decorated beautifully but disgusting.

Dirty, Filthy House during COVID-19

We are very disappointed in the condition of this house and the 360 Blue management team. We sent numerous emails with absolutely zero response. The property is extremely dirty and smelled terrible from the moment we stepped inside with a fishy smell and the refrigerator had that same same. All the floors were dirty, filthy and had not been cleaned under or behind things for a very long time. We found dental flosser(s), candy and wrappers on the upstairs rug in living room. The kitchen stove, refrigerator, sink and counters were all dirty including all the utensils. We had to clean everything before use. All the floors were dirty, bathroom sinks stopped up with mold when pulled stopper out. Dust/dirt in and around everything in the home. Plus underwear in the drawers in the bunk bedroom. The dirt is obviously due to months of build up from the lack of proper cleaning. Sofa bed had candy wrappers falling out of it when opened it up with no linens. Pool dirty and backed up but fortunately the pool crew resolved that issue. Found dirty wine glasses by the pool couch area. Propane extra tank for the gas grill was empty and delayed our dinner over a hour one evening. The property has potential to be an enjoyable retreat; however, it is disgustingly dirty and we cannot believe no one has posted a review as such. It definitely does not appear as advertised. I am a clean freak and this property is sub par for cleanliness. It needs a deep cleaning and some extra care which we expected especially now with our current state of COVID-19. We will never stay with a property managed by 360 Blue again. Best Regards, Michael & Heather Absher

We have been coming to 30A for a few years, and this was by far the best rental we've had! I have nothing but great things to say about the house, pool, lake access, beach access, and proximity to other things such as restaurants and shops. We loved the house, the pool, really everything! It was a little further from the beach than we realized but having the beautiful pool and the access to the lake was just perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and the couple of things that we needed 360 brought right away.

This was such a wonderful place to stay!!! We had 10 people and multiple generations of family. Everyone had a space to unwind and relax. The pool and multiple outdoor patios were great! The kitchen was phenomenal, beautiful and equipped with everything you could want. Loved the commercial ice maker, made making margaritas a breeze!! We really enjoyed kayaking and biking in this beautiful community. Thanks for the memories❤️ We’ll definitely be back!

We had 11 people in our group and this is our o my vacation of the year! We enjoyed our stay at Four Palms so much we’ve already booked it for next year! Our favorite things about this house besides how beautiful and comfortable it is, would be the awesome pool and outside lounge area as well as the “no stairs” access to the beach! The 360 Blue company is exceptional! They were very prompt with answering any questions we had during our stay and we all loved the app! We would definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to the area!

We had 11 in our family group, 7 adults and 4 children (ages 5-10 - the room with the bunk beds was perfect), This was an annual vacation trip for us, and first time to use 360 Blue. We loved that the beach access was simply a 7-10 minute walk away, and the weather cooperated so that we could spend several hours at the beach each day, and then come back to the Four Palms to enjoy the pool! The house was perfect for our group, with plenty of space, allowing separation when necessary.In-house dining was easy with the great kitchen. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks, and rented paddle boards through the concierge. Being right on the water behind the house made lake access easy. Some in our party paddle boarded to the beach from the house! The on-site bikes came in handy, as well. Proximity to local retail helped, and the Publix was only a 10 minute drive. We loved it and will definitely consider 360 Blue and the Four Palms in the future!!

Everyone enjoyed our stay at "Four Palms". We had plenty of room and places to "chill" apart from each other when needing to. The pool was definitely a main factor in making our decision when selecting this property and it was enjoyed by each member of our family. Glad we had a golf cart for the week; making trips to the beach a breeze. The kitchen was "our" Chef's delight! I gave four stars for Property Category because of cleanliness; better attention to areas around grill and pool area would have gotten a fifth star. All in all great service and super property. We will be back!
