The condominium is an 800-square-foot, single-story, townhouse-style home with only one adjoining wall. This condo offers a spacious 200-square foot ocean view lanai/outdoor deck and vaulted 20 foot ceilings for a spacious and open feeling. Recently completely renovated, the condo also features a gorgeous mango wood bar, green granite countertops, Thai river rock accents and bamboo hardwood floors. The organic materials continue into the bathroom with a granite sink, travertine sink top, rain tree marble shower enclosure and slate bathroom floor.
Private driveway leads to front door parking just a few easy steps to front door. A very quiet street offers solitude and an on-site property manager provides peace of mind and safety. For internet users we offer Wi-Fi internet access.
We also own the next door unit, #90307 so you can rent them single or both together to create a two/two, as well! Perfect for friends, family, in-laws, or grown children. (Be close, but not TOO close!) 6 ft gated fence between lanais ensures privacy when rented alone or easy access when rented together.

The Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort is less than a mile away with restaurants, bar, manta ray viewing area, and a Kona coffee cafe for morning enjoyment. You can stroll 1/8 of a mile to the Keauhou Shopping Center for groceries, excellent restaurants, locally-made gifts, a Saturday Farmer's Market or movies.

Why the Owner Chose Keauhou
When we first saw the map of the Big Island, we wanted a centrally located town that was near the coffee plantations, the lush tropical foliage, but not IN the forest. We also wanted to take advantage of the cooling tradewinds that blow above 100 ft. level (less mosquitoes, too!) Keauhou Resort is located on a golf course, a moments walk to the grocery store and restaurants and best of all, it sits on five acres, so we are not “on top” of our neighbors.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The unique benefits include being steps away from two pools surrounded by tropical landscaping. Another great feature is being able to walk to the Sheraton resort for Manta ray watching, cocktails, and a gorgeous view of Keauhou Bay. We also love being one mile from Snorkle Beach, one of the best snorkel beaches in the Hawaiian Islands! We can also walk to the end of the golf course and catch breaching whales, crashing waves and the glorious Kona sunset.

Pick up the Fair Winds Charter here for snorkeling, whale watching tours and sunset dinner cruises. You can come down and watch the Hawaiians fish at the docks and even do some snorkeling here
Instead of spending $300 a night here, just walk from our condo over and enjoy their views, the restaurant/bars, and Manta Ray watching in the evenings. Get a cup of Kona coffee and a free paper
This is an old Hawaiian battle and burial ground. It has a spectacular wave show that occurs each winter. Come here for a chance to see people diving off the cliffs and a hike along the lava cliffs.
This beach is located next to the Outrigger Keauhou Resort. Bring the snorkel gear we have at the condo or rent your own at the beach. The bay is huge and is not much more than six feet deep.
During the late spring and summer, this beach has the softest white sand within 35 miles of Kona. Although swimming and boogie boarding can be dangerous here, the view is a MUST SEE
Owner's Map of Keauhou
OJ and Baiba Ziemelis, majority owners of this condo, and Julie and Eric Ziemelis, worked together through the summer of 2007 to completely renovate this beautiful condo. All four of us worked together to choose just the right elements to make the condo unique and unforgettable. From the blue Thai river rocks in the kitchen, to the granite bowl for the bathroom sink, a dedicated team worked hard for three months to create an organic vacation getaway!
After performing a traditional blessing on the condo by a Hawaiian spiritual leader, she dubbed the condo a place of healing and peace. Those that have stayed here say they feel a calmness here that helped them relax and get away from the stress of the day to day life they left behind. Walking out onto the lanai each morning with a cup of coffee and being greeted by the blue ocean and sky can do that for you, too! OJ and Baiba go back to this condo each year and look forward to this trip all year long.
