Kihei Bay Surf is a centrally located condominium complex - close to the many attractions and activities located on the Valley Isle - Maui! Our north Kihei location keeps us out of a lot of south Kihei Town traffic and makes it really great for swimming and beginner's snorkeling. More advanced? You can snorkel at spots a few minutes north or south of our location. The porch of the NOAA Whale Education Center is an ideal place to watch the setting sun while looking for whale splashes and spouts, especially October - April.

We have a portfolio of studio condominiums at Kihei Bay Surf. While we do have a SEVEN night minimum stay (please) we designed this studio for couples who wish to stay 14 nights or more (you receive a gift of wine and bread upon arrival) - plenty of storage spaced. All guests leave with a hand-made ribbon lei and a bar of homemade soap!!! This is ALL about you

Across the street from your complex is Kalepolepo Beach Park, once used as a fishing pond for a Hawaiian village and the newly completed ($2 million) NOAA Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary and Education Center. (Whale watching, best October to March) Kalepolepo Park now serves as a beginners snorkeling and swimming area.

Other beach access is just a few minutes drive north or south!

Off your living area, your private rattan furnished lanai overlooks the tropical landscaped surroundings of the garden area and the tennis court. The studio is individually air conditioned and has two fans. There is no smoking and no pets.

Why the Owner Chose Kihei Bay Surf

Kihei Bay Surf is centrally located to many other locations on the island. It is always being upgraded. Recently repainted and new odd street parking lot. People from all over the world come for several days or months. Our rental units are economical but not cheap!! The units we own are all situated on the first floor, next door to each other and are on the quiet side of this seven building complex surrounding a tennis court, pool and Jacuzzi.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo

We're away from our neighbors and their barking dogs. The pool is GREAT and the tide pool and whale education are fantastic - especially for beginning swimmers. Plenty of beach to walk. Great neighbors!!

We work and are retired. We travel fairly frequently to Arizona to visit with our childrens' families. We know how to satisfy guests in our homes and keep them, attractive, well stocked, and in repair. Things do happen but we then take care of them as soon as possible. We maintain the calendar so it is current!

Hi Hal and Bev, We really enjoyed our stay in unit 142. The unit was clean and everything that we needed was available. We found the unit by homeaway.com and we chose to contact you because the price was really interesting and the pictures of the unit were attractive. When we arrived at the unit, we felt really great. The next morning, the manager explained us some details about the complex. It's 100% sure that our choice will be with you for our next trip to Maui! Thank you for everything!

Our stay in Maui was awesome and made even better by staying in this unit! Such a great location, great price, super clean and all the amenities you could possibly need! Steps from the beach, near Safeway, Farmers Market, Close to highway to get to Kaanapali or Lahaina. Hal and Bev made our stay so nice and their attention to detail was perfect! Stay here! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Thanks for asking us about our stay. It was wonderful. We especially liked having a kitchen available for cooking and access to beach supplies (cooler, chairs, umbrellas, etc.). The condo was very clean. We found your condo through Robert and chose to stay at your condo because it was so affordable. We did use the website, though, to look at the pictures of the condo. We would probably stay there again if we ever return to Maui.

We really enjoyed our stay in #142 - the unit was stocked with all the amenities - towels, boogie boards, interesting books and starter toiletries. The complex was quiet and the people friendly. The beach was literally steps away! I'm really glad a friend directed us to your website. It truly made a vacation to Maui affordable for us. I certainly would stay in one of your units again!

Thank you Hal and Bev for a wonderful stay in Unit 142. The unit was as described and very clean, modern, and quiet. The grounds and pool area were well maintained and the property is close to the beach. We loved waking up and taking a morning stroll on Sugar Beach to start our day. I have recommended Unit 142 to family and friends and hope to return again ourselves!!! ou

Hi, I stayed at your condo with my wife in August of 2008 and I forgot to leave a comment for the website (sorry). The condo was very neat and tidy we enjoyed how peaceful and quiet it was being situated around the back of the building. We sat outside every morning for breakfast and listened to the birds. All in all the unit was fantastic and we appreciated the cost as it allowed us to do more around the Island. Thank you very much and if we come back to Maui we will definitely be staying at the condo again. Thanks from your friends in Canada, Mark and Rita!

We stayed in 142. It was modern, clean, very well equipped, close to the pool, yet adequately away from the street. The project is quiet (mostly adults/lots of lease tenants), well maintained, and has a very nice barbeque/pool/hot tub facility. We're already booked to come back again next year. Great Value!
