Brand new condos in Kona nestled inbetween Waikoloa Village and Mauna Lani. The condo development has everything you need including pool, spa, ocean view outdoor covered workout room, poolside restaurant/bar, tennis courts, basketball courts and hammocks. The unit still has a new smell. We also have onsite check in, concierge services and an onsite management. You get the freedom of having your own space, with yet the amenities of a hotel as needed.
This sumptuously furnished villa has a full kitchen, BBQ Grill on Lanai, laundry, living and dining areas, and a furnished lanai.
Free wireless internet access, flat screen televisions and DVD players. All linens, towels and complimentary spa quality toiletries are provided.
A full housekeeping service is provided midstay (middle of your stay), and is available daily if requested.
The Ocean Club Bar and Grill will tempt you with fresh island cuisine and cool tropical drinks.
We are situated on 30 acres of prime real estate on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii’s Big Island.
DEPOSIT, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION:
A one-night Deposit is required to confirm reservation at time of booking via a MasterCard, Visa, or American Express; payment is refundable if cancelled 3 days prior to arrival, and will be refunded to the Credit Card that was charged.
Reservations made for December 22nd through January 3rd will be charged a two-night rental deposit, which is refundable if cancelled 5 days prior to arrival, and will be refunded to the Credit Card that was charged.
Reservations cancelled within 3 days will forfeit all payments. Reservations cancelled within 5 days for the dates of December 22nd through January 3rd will forfeit all payments.
There is a $30 one time check in fee at time of check in.
No refunds for early departures.
MasterCard, Visa or American Express is required at the time of check in for the damage waiver fee and resort charges.

- The pool/hot tub is a 3 minute walk from unit. There is a poolside restaurant/bar for your convenience. If getting in your cardio is important then check out the ocean view outdoor covered workout area! Play a game of Tennis or have some fun playing on the basketball court. We love the Big Island. It has the charm of old Hawaii and we love that it has not been over commercialized as of yet.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
It's a newer place and we really enjoyed decorating our unit to reflect you were staying somewhere special. It's nice to visit the pool area and get an Umbrella Hawaii Fruity drink at pool side. How many condo units can boast that? We liked that's it's the newest development in the Kona area and short drive to shopping, sights and beaches.

We stayed at this Hali'i Kai Condo in 2010. It was a wonderful experience and a terrific location. We'd never been to the Big Island before and didn't know what to expect. Nicole was so helpful in giving us tips on where to go and what to see. The condo was gorgeous, and well-appointed with a pool and poolside restaurant. The staff was very friendly. Kona has so much to offer, and this Condo made an excellent base of operations. One of the highlights for us was getting an all-day pool pass for 20 bucks at the hotel next door, as they had a lagoon, dolphin show, and 3 different swimming pools, complete with waterfalls.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
