Fish the hundreds of surrounding lakes, rivers, and streams. The Big Manistee, Little Manistee and Pine Rivers are only minutes away, meaning, so is the Tippy Dam, providing world class salmon, steelhead and trout opportunities. On a larger scale, Lake Michigan (Manistee) is a short drive away. Every year, well-bundled anglers spread out on over 5000 acres of ice on nearby top-rated fishing lakes. Quad or ride your dirt bikes on one of Michigans best trail systems "THE LITTLE O". Hunt the six-hundred-thousand acres of prime land in the area. Trophy deer, turkey, grouse, snowshoe hares, cottontail rabbits, woodcock, and squirrels are all hunted with great success. IN THE WINTER enjoy hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobiling trails! We are located at the hub of a sprawling statewide trail system, making cross-state connections easy. Nearby Cadillac is also the host site of the North American Snowmobile Festival. Test your skills on the slopes of some of the Midwest's leading ski resorts, including Caberfae and Crystal Mountain. Or, if you prefer cross-country skiing, blaze your way through the area's forests or enjoy miles of well groomed trails. Ice fish on over 5000 acres of ice on nearby top-rated fishing lakes.
