Crossings District vacation rentals

Beautiful house. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 5 teens. Everything was clean and well kept. The pool across the street was gorgeous and was rarely busy.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The property was well maintained and beautifully decorated. It had every amenity you would ever want for a vacation. There was one tiny concern, but the property manager took care of it very quickly. She communicated in a timely manner and fixed the issue as fast as possible. The only thing that was not just right was the transom window in the downstairs bedroom. It didn’t have any covering. The front porch has beautiful lighting and it shines through those windows all night! Not very pleasant. But, overall a wonderful stay!

We loved the house and the upscale golf cart. Would stay again!

This was our second trip to Watercolor with our family and likely to be back next year. Would highly recommend staying at this property. We loved the private pool, outdoor areas including the huge front porch for morning coffees and swings for the girls. The neighborhood is quiet which we loved and enjoyed riding the golf cart to the beach, pool, Grayton gym, and restaurants nearby. Thank you!

We loved the house setup and the pool at the house is the best - especially with kids!

Loved our house. Minor hiccups. The back door to the pool has an alarm that cannot be disarmed for pool safety. It’s very frustrating b/c you have to use the side door to enter yard/pool. The dishwasher took several times to start up. Please update the page on what type of coffee maker is provided so you can come prepared. Towels were short in master bedroom and a couple of the 2nd floor baths don’t have window coverings. Felt very awkward. Great small pool. Could use a couple loungers
