Relax and enjoy our Hawaiian paradise, located in North Kihei, a small intimate condominium complex, minutes from shopping and restaurants. Oceanfront, surrounded by a multi-use beautifully manicured park, tennis courts available on both sides. Park opens into a spectacular beachfront perfect for walking and running, beachcombing, kite-surfing, kayaking, and whale watching. A fantastic view for our famous sunsets.
One bedroom (one sofa sleeper), one bath accommodates two to four people. Ground floor unit, lanai opens into the pool area. A Hawaiian theme is reflected in our recently refurnished dining and living room decor. Room-sized mirror (reflecting the ocean and palm trees), silk flowers, and local art make this living room incredibly open and appealing.
The kitchen is newly remodeled, fully-equipped with all standard appliances including coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, blender, and George Foreman grill. Cabinets are complete with utensils, chinaware, glassware, and many extras.
The large bedroom has a queen-size bed, complete with several dressers and plenty of storage space. The living room offers a very comfortable pullout sofa sleeper. Linens are provided. Air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. The entertainment center contains a Color TV, Cable, VCR/DVD player, and Radio/CD. Bed linens are provided and beach towels.
