Relax and enjoy our Hawaiian paradise, located in North Kihei, a small intimate condominium complex, minutes from shopping and restaurants. Oceanfront, surrounded by a multi-use beautifully manicured park, tennis courts available on both sides. Park opens into a spectacular beachfront perfect for walking and running, beachcombing, kite-surfing, kayaking, and whale watching. A fantastic view for our famous sunsets.
One bedroom (one sofa sleeper), one bath accommodates two to four people. Ground floor unit, lanai opens into the pool area. A Hawaiian theme is reflected in our recently refurnished dining and living room decor. Room-sized mirror (reflecting the ocean and palm trees), silk flowers, and local art make this living room incredibly open and appealing.
The kitchen is newly remodeled, fully-equipped with all standard appliances including coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, blender, and George Foreman grill. Cabinets are complete with utensils, chinaware, glassware, and many extras.
The large bedroom has a queen-size bed, complete with several dressers and plenty of storage space. The living room offers a very comfortable pullout sofa sleeper. Linens are provided. Air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. The entertainment center contains a flatscreen HDTV with a built in DVD player and Cable TV. Bed linens are provided and beach towels.

We're just about to book our 5th straight year at this condo, having just returned in late November, and can't wait to go again. The owners are wonderful, always trying to make you feel at home, always asking if anything needs to be added, or changed, etc. It's a perfect location for us, as we spend most of our time golfing around the island, and other days at the beach. The condo is comfortable, a good size even for a longer stay, and is packed with all sorts of "stuff" that you can use. I'm a cook, so I appreciate having a full kitchen, plus the BBQ, to make meals when we want to eat in, and there are plenty of great places to eat right in Kihei for when you want to go out. Even better is the view of the sunset, particularly with an adult beverage in hand, while sitting and watching the world go by in the park. And because this unit is on the ground floor, it's easy to take that adult beverage and walk closer to the shore to watch the sun go down. No steps, no elevator needed. There are a lot of places that say they are ocean front, but they mean that they are across the road from the ocean. Leinaala has nothing but a lovely park between it and the water, so it's the real deal. The managers are very knowledgeable, and are constantly working to keep the property in shape. I can't think of anyplace I'd rather stay.

We've stayed at Leinaala 6 times. The first time in another unit and 5 times in this unit. We start to relax the minute we open the door. The views are breathtaking, the accomodations are wonderful. We cook most of our meals and eat them on the lanai right beside the swimming pool. Where else would we have a pool, ocean and mountains right out the door? A lovely long yard is great for kids to play, fly kites, or just run. We like to explore the island and this is the perfect central location for going off each day on a new adventure. The managers are friendly and helpful, and the owners are just great. We feel like they are dear friends although we've never met. I work online and can check in frequently from the condo because it has free wi fi. We shop at nearby stores, loving the locally grown fresh produce, fish and meats. There are convenient and excellent restaurants closeby also. We brought our grown daughter for a short trip and now she is wanting to bring the grandkids because it is perfect with the pool only 10 feet from our door. The atmosphere here in Central Kihei is friendly and inviting with smiling people who are very welcoming. Everything you could possibly want is a within a day's drive whether it is riding a bicycle down the mountain or traveling by ferry to neighboring islands. I am an artist and love the art galleries and many hand made crafts. My husband and I both like trying out new foods and the wide variety of regional foods both in the restaurants and the grocery stores entice us. The tropical gardens are so beautiful that we're always snapping photographs. There are cultural events that you'll want to attend also. In June is the Film Festival down the road at Wailea. We love Maui and especially Leinaala at Kihei. ( pronounced Key-Hay). Please don't take our weeks!
