The condo offers Italian pietre travertine floors throughout, upgraded berber carpets in both bedrooms, travertine surround baths and showers with granite vanities as well as granite countertops in the fully equipped kitchen with Kenmore appliances and every convenience you may need. It sleeps six comfortably with Queen pillow top mattresses in the master suite and in the second bedroom. The condo also has a sofa which converts to a comfortable Queen bed in the living room. Aloha Melinda, We had a great time on Maui and thanks for again allowing us to share your wonderful condo. One of the things that make your place special is the queen beds in each of the bedrooms (not readily found in other units) and of course the location of the unit and the swivel rockers on the lanai. We are really getting to know Maui and look forward to our return. As you are aware this time we got more than we bargained for – a Tsunami. Now we know what it’s like for four people to spend a night in a van at an evacuation site. However, the other thousand people that joined us in their cars were good company. Dear Melinda, This thank you is too long in coming but with the move out and flying out, I haven't had a chance until now to email you. Thank you so very much for the gift basket you had delivered to us. What a sweetie you are, but you really did not have to do that. The breakfast was delicious and we really appreciated your generous spirit. We very much enjoyed your unit. It was beautifully decorated and was very comfy and homey and on our whole trip, it was our favorite place to stay. We would certainly like to stay there again if it works out for another time. Hi Melinda, I just wanted to take a minute and tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in Maui and more specifically, your unit at the Maui Sunset. The location of the complex itself was centrally located within close proximity to both the many beautiful beaches in and around Wailea as well as an easy commute to the airport. The grounds of the complex at the Maui Sunset were immaculate. The golf green like lawns were beautiful to look out and play bocce on . The grounds and pool were well maintained in spite of the heavy trade winds that stirred up during our stay in Maui. Your unit itself was nicely decorated, bright and very well equipped with plenty of room for the 4 adults staying in the unit. We really enjoyed the views of the pool, the grounds, the ocean and we witnessed some beautiful sunsets from the lanai. We are looking forward to returning to Maui as soon as possible and we hope to be able to extend our stay in your condo to a month the next time. Hi Melinda, I wanted to let you know that we absolutely had an awesome time in Maui and a huge part of it was your unit. It was very comfortable and in a perfect location. We love the way you decorated and it was updated nicely. The view from the lanai was perfect. We were so busy that we didn't even get to use the pool but we will take advantage of it the next time. Rhonda and I would like you to let us know what your monthly rates are for the winter time and in particular the month of February. We plan on staying for a month when we return. Hi Melinda, Just to let you know that we had a wonderful holiday in Maui and really enjoyed staying in your condo at the Maui Sunset. The weather was great and your unit was terrific!! Thank you for allowing us to use it. As we were locking up the final load of laundry was drying in the dryer so your cleaners just had to make the beds and fold the towels and then the light housekeeping. Again thank you!! Aloha Melinda, Just a note to let you know we had a great time at the Maui Sunset. Everything was perfect (except maybe the weather, a little cool and very windy). The resort was immaculate, as was your condo. The sunsets were beautiful! Also made a beautiful sunrise trip on Haleakula and the trip to Hana. Saw lots of whales. Not enough time to do everything.
