This beautiful, totally remodeled 3 bedroom / 3 bath, condo is located on the top floor with a beautiful ocean views from our lanai. Very spacious 1484 Sq ft, with all bedrooms separated from each other which provides privacy for all. There is a Central- 3 way split AC system with separate controllers for the living room, master bedroom and loft bedroom. We also now have a free standing AC unit in the forward bedroom, so all rooms are now air conditioned. Also ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. In-wall fans are installed in the master bedroom for most days when the AC is not needed.

The condo will sleep 8 comfortably and still have a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The tile floors throughout makes our condo very beach friendly. The kitchen is fully supplied for all your home cooked meals. It features stainless steel appliances and granite counters. There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom and living room. Have a iPhone, iPod? We have a stereo for it as well. Free high speed internet/WiFi in the condo so you can stay connected to family, friends and work.

Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 are suites with their own bathrooms along with a full bathroom off the dining area. We have a full size washer and dryer for any laundry you may need to do during your stay.

The large lanai is a great place to sit and relax while taking in the ocean views with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. We have all the beach gear you will need when you head to the beach. For families with 'little ones', we have a Pack-n-Play portacrib. Other items are available for rental, just inquire when booking.

The Kamaole Sands complex offers 15 acres of lush landscaping, fountains, ponds, tropical flowers and birds. There are 5 barbecue pavilions with Webber Gas Grills and picnic tables located throughout the complex. The large pool, kiddie pool and 2 Jacuzzi’s with adjacent refreshment area, along with ping pong and Foosball tables makes it very family friendly. There is also an air conditioned exercise room. Also, don't forget the 4, very well maintained tennis courts. You can even sign up if your looking for a tennis partner. The front desk can also arrange child care. If you need to stay connected and you left your lap top at home, not to worry, there are computers for your use in the lobby.

The morning after your arrival, there is a complimentary continental breakfast at 8:30 by the pool where you will be informed of the many activities offered on Maui. There is always a complimentary newspaper awaiting you there as well. On Wednesday evening, join other guests for the Mai Tai Party by the pool. With Hawaiian music and hula dances, it will put you in the Hawaiian spirit. (ID required) but everyone is invited.

Just a short walk away is Kihei Village, where you will find shopping and the many different restaurants. Don't forget the wonderful shopping at 'The Shops at Wailea', just 5 minutes away. For the golfers, the golfing at Wailea's Gold, Emerald and Blue courses offer great golfing and fantastic ocean views.

Kamaole Sands offers many on-site activities, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Located right across from Kamaole Beach III with it's sandy beach and clean clear water, makes snorkeling, swimming and sun bathing ideal. Enjoy the evening walks on the beach to witness the most amazing sunsets.

We just purchased this condo in August of 2013 and have totally gone through and added our own touches. All new paint, new larger TV in the living room and master bedroom, new furniture and all new bedding. Along with the lanai storage stocked with all the beach gear you will need.

Building Painting 2018: Our building is scheduled to be painted from Aug 6th to Sep 14, 2018. We will be renting out only during during the front side painting at a special rate of $225 per night, during Aug 6th to Aug 26th. This will have the least disruption. When they paint the lanai side of the building from Aug 27th to Sep 14th, this time is blocked since using the lanai would be off limits.

About Clark Norske

We purchased this condo in 2013 with our good friends, who we also own a condo with in Sunriver, OR. This is our 3rd Maui condo as we also own a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom condo also in Kamaole Sands. We are very particular about our homes & condos which will become very apparent when you stay with us. We try very hard to maintain them and are constantly upgrading them to keep them up to our high standards. We are very excited about our new purchase with our good friends and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

The grounds of Kamaole Sands are wonderful. Having High Speed Internet /WiFi in the condo and around the select locations (pool area) makes it easy to still keep in touch. With the beach or pool just steps away it makes a wonderful place for the young and old alike.

Fantastic family friendly Condo with exceptional owners

This condo worked excellent during our 2 week stay for our large group with young kids. The condo was extremely well kept and clean upon our arrival. The kitchen had everything you needed just like you would have in your own home. All the Beds where comfortable and clean. The place had everything you needed for a great day on the beach from boogie boards to beach chairs and umbrellas.

The communication for the owners was excellent, it was also comforting to know that they were easily contact to address any issues that my have sprung up regarding the condo (which didn't). Over the course of the stay Clarke arranged with the mechanical company to come and repair the AC during our stay. Not only was the AC fixed but done in a very professional manner. Out of good will he refunded us some funds for not having the AC running upon our arrival. For any future guest's the AC is working great now!

In short do not hesitate to book this condo, the condo/owners/grounds and location are all fantastic! Will be looking to book again in the future!!!

Great location - awesome space for families.

Stayed for 3 weeks with 3 older children and we all had space. Had other family staying in the complex and had a dinner together with 16 people. Plenty of space. Enjoyed our time here.

Nice condo

Condo was very nice. lots of room for all our family. Owners keep It clean. It was great to have a view of the ocean and to be right across the street from a very nice beach. Our only issue was that the air conditioning was not working and it was very hot in the unit especially in the loft. It took us almost 4 days to get owners to provide some kind of relief however slight that was. We had an infant with us so the parents and baby were in the only room that could be cooled and it was very small. We had planned to do meals at the condo but definitely was too hot to be comfortable. We felt that owners could have been much more proactive or could have warned us. Mom had to stay in contact and owners never even bothered to call by phone. Emails only then text messages when she told them too. Our family spent a lot money and had plans that had to change. Very inconvenient and uncomfortable. The fix helped the living area however did nothing for the other bedroom and little for the upstairs loft. We loved the condo complex and would definitely stay there again however not in this unit. Condo complex had the nicest people working there. If you like it warm this is your condo. Our family struggles with heat which is why we chose a unit with air.

Owner's Response: Yes we are sorry the AC was not working. It stopped working 2 days before your arrival. We had a cooling company out the day prior to your arrival. I was in England on business while this was going on and I had received a voice mail the day I was returning home which was the evening you arrived. I was able to find out what the technician found out which basically was, they had to order parts which was a month out. On may way back to Portland OR, via Philadelphia and Dallas I had emailed our housekeeper to get the entire scoop on the AC. I had emailed Katherine 3 times on the way home via the internet on the airplane. As it turned out we could not find parts anywhere else to get them in time for the length of their stay. We then offered to purchase a stand alone AC unit which we did. That took two days because when I ordered it on line and to have our maintenance man pick it up, Home Depot didn't have the one they said they had when I purchased it on line. Even in Hawaii, these are seasonal items, which to passed along and was even questioned about this. Yes Seasonal Items on AC. I was able to find one at Sears, which we did finally get for the price of $600 and so we did get it installed. We even refunded $150 to them after their stay, which is more than the normal $30 a day use of the AC. I emailed them 10 time in 3 days to try to keep them informed and I guess that wasn't enough. Hard to call from a airplane when you are in the air for 14 hours. So this AC unit of $600 wasn't enough for them and it will be totally worthless for us after the split AC unit gets fixed. This is Hawaii and things don't happen overnight. Some people are just never satisfied after all we did to try to get this resolved. As I told her, we are on a very short list of condos that have a split AC system in our condo as most just have a single wall box AC. We own 3 condos in Maui and 6 other rentals in Oregon and we take things very serious, but after 15 years of offering a very great value on premium vacation rentals we have come to realize you just can't please everyone. I would like to see what kind of reaction other owners might have given them. My thought would be, "You can always find another place to stay." Good luck finding another condo in Maui of our quality for the rate you received.

The property with all of it's amenities, location, and convenience were ideal for our celebration.

Our daughter was married on Maui and the Norske's 3 bedroom retreat was the perfect Home Base for the family of the bride.

The unit has every imaginable utensil, appliance, convenience, and water sports component you would ever need or want. The condo was comfortable and conducive to immediately becoming "the gathering spot" for other family members and friends who were staying nearby.

Seven of us slept, cooked, and conducted normal activities of daily life without bumping into one another or getting in each others' way. The three bedrooms each have a private and separate feel which yields a nice sense of comfort.

Clark and Bridget are reasonable and easy to communicate with. They are completely responsive to your comfort and satisfaction. We'd go back in a heartbeat! My wife and I are seasoned travel professionals with over 8 million miles collectively. We've been going to Hawaii for over 50 years. You cannot go wrong with this unit.
