Aloha and welcome to one of the finest vacation destinations in the world - Kauai.
Kamahana condos are located on the spectacular North Shore of the Garden Island of Kauai. Our extremely spacious and private condominium offers over 1200 square feet and feels more like a house than a condo. This ground floor unit features extra-high vaulted ceilings and three private lanais. This condo is unique because it is separate from the other units. There are no shared walls downstairs, only one other unit above. This provides a lot of privacy.
The main lanai off the living room sits on its own private backyard with views of Kauai’s lush gardens and mountains. It is very private and quiet. The backyard is also great if you have a couple of kids that need to run around and burn off some energy.
Guests will appreciate that this unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer/dryer, TV, stereo, VCR, and DVD player. There are also lots of extras available for your use: Boogie Boards, beach toys, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, pool toys, reef shoes(for adults & children) and snorkel gear (for adults & children. Don’t bother packing all that extra stuff, we’ve got it for you!
Some nights you just want to stay in so there are also lots of board games to play with the family. Everything you need to make your vacation completely enjoyable. Wireless internet is also available.
Each bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed with a cozy down comforter. The master bathroom is very large with a huge walk in shower. The guest bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. Use our two fold out twin mattresses for even more room.
With its Princeville location, there are over 26 different spectacular beaches all less than 20 minutes away. As are two world class golf courses, the Prince ranked #1 in Hawaii and the Makai, ranked #7. Two great tennis clubs, The Makai Tennis Club and the Hanalei Bay Resort, are less than five minutes away. The luxurious 5-Star St. Regis is a few minutes drive down the road which offers a spa and gourmet dining with the most spectacular views. The Westin is also close by and has a faboulous restaurant called Nanea. Enjoy the benefits without the price!
Kamahana condos front the 27-hole Makai golf course offering distant views of the Kilauea Lighthouse and Secret Beach. A secluded swimming pool and BBQ area are also available for your enjoyment.
For the more adventurous guest, take a short walk down the road to an exciting hike through the rainforest. You’ll be rewarded with a magnificent private beach (Sealodge Beach) where you can enjoy hunting for shells, searching the tide pools, snorkeling or just relaxing in the sun.

We would just like to thank you for making our "BEST" family vacation ever possible! Your home was perfect! The beds were comfortable, showers were great, back yard was beautiful, fully equipt kitchen was SO helpful when planing beach trips, the perfect location, great travel books...I could go on ALL day about how wonderful everything was! Because of you and your fabulous home we had the vacation of a life time!!! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We will definitely be back to the island and we will definitely stay with you again!

Walt and Sasha - We just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the opportunity of renting your condo during the month of February. We had a wonderful time enjoying the comforts of your unit. We both felt blessed to have had the opportunity to enjoy the peace and quiet experienced in Kamahana #29. In particular, we enjoyed the daily visits from the albatross 'couple' as well as the various Bantam roosters and their assembled 'coteries' of hens. What a hoot! And, of course, various cats also stopped by to check us out from time to time as well! Thank you again for the chance to share your island home. We truly appreciated the opportunity, and we hope to return to Kauai in the future.

This condo was so fantastic on our first visit, we returned the following summer for another stay. We love the comfortable sleeping and lounging arrangements! The condo is very clean and well equipped with all our living needs. (towels, dishes, sheets, washing machine and dryer, etc.) The kids loved the pool and the walk down to the beach. They loved the low tides and seeing all the cool fish. We appreciated all the beach equipment. We visited Hanalei each day and enjoyed hikes and beach trips. We look forward to coming back to the condo real soon.

Your condo is perfect! From the down european comforters to the Mai Tai glasses, you didn't leave out a detail. I've travelled all over the world and the beach at the end of your property is the best kept secret. We were the only ones there all day! Definetly would come back and loved the huge front yard. Our kids played, while we BBQ and watched the sun go down. Thank YOU for having us.

My husband was very reluctant to stay in a condo. He was afraid it would be too confining. I talked him into it and he was glad I did when we arrived and saw what a lovely condo this was. We were very happy! You know the old saying "Location is where it's at", well it definitely applies here. Thank you for letting us stay, we will be back.
