This Maui dream vacation condo provides you with all the amentities of home. This condo has been completely remodeled as of Jan 15, 2007. It has new paint, furniture, decorations, linens, dishware.
We wanted to make this condo not only our home but yours. From the moment you walk in the door you will feel relaxed, at home with everything you will need for a memorable vacation. Not only that but we are the ONLY unit in the complex that has installed sound proof windows so the condo is very quiet. We have also installed FREE WI-FI wireless internet service for your personal use.
Located on Maui's sunny south shore this condo is located in building 1 on the main floor of the Maui Vista Resort. Being on the main floor has many advantages but the one I like best is the bigger lanai's. The Maui Vista Resort has 6 tennis courts. 3 pools, BBQ grill area and is centrally located in Kihei on 10 acres of lush tropical landscaping. Worried about parking? It's on site and free.
This complex has three buildings. This condo is in the closest building to the renowned Charlie Young Beach and faces the beach (just across the street). We have provided beach towels & beach chairs for your use. Maybe you would like to book a luau, snorkeling trip or some other activity at the Activities desk just steps from your door.
In addition to air conditioning in BOTH the living area and the bedroom (most Maui Vista units have a/c in the living room only), two overhead fans distribute the cool air evenly. The kitchen has just been remodled with maple cabinets and comes complete with a full sized refridgerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher plus all the utensils and dishes you need, even a blender for those tropical drinks.
The condo also has a stacked washer/dryer so pack light! All linens are provided along with a DVD player and CD Stereo. We have even left a DVD library of 30 movies for your entertainment should you want a quiet night at home after a long day at the beach. We had a very nice stay in Jan 2012. Enjoyed Maui adventures and fun. The condo location was great - just across the road from the beach, Charly Young Beach, lovely! Can also walk to grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, stores, bars.... the "triangle" was close by, and we enjoyed Three's Bar and Grill especially! Great 1/2 price appetizer happy hour! Only drawback was being close to the road (which also means being closer to the beach, so it is good, too!)... the Lanai was a bit noisy. But really, the good outweighed that for sure. Nice condo, stocked with coolers, boogie boards, beach chairs, we didn't have to worry about any of that. Would stay here again! (Hope I get back to Maui to enjoy it again!)

Wow..this was a super location just across the road from the ocean. All our friends & family were staying at the Maui VIsta also. Perfect setting. I saw the biggest turtle snorkeling right ont he beach in front. Nice comfrotable condo.

We really enjoyed our stay here and thanks for all the extras-coolers, beach chairs, towels etc. First time we stayed in Maui for longer than a week and it was really nice. We enjoyed the warm weather, went to Hana, the Aquarium, Lahina & enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. It was so nice to slow down and enjoy all the beauty around us. Thanks so much.

Your Location is ideal across from Charlie Young Beach. Evenings were spent on the beach watching the sunsets. We enjoyed the ocean swims and the fact we were able to walk to Foodland and explore all three beaches. Outrigger canoe with the Kihei Canoe Club was an experience we will not soon forget. Thank you for sharing your paradisse.

The beaches we tried were all great. We did both roads around the island & had a blast although the west side is not for the faint of heart. The night life in the little downtown shopping area was alot of fun. Thanks

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! Loved being on the ground floor and in building one. We really appreciated how well equipped this unit was - the owners have thought of everything! Just pack your personal belongings and you are good to go! The complex is in a great location in Kihei - good "Lava Java" shop a short stroll up the street as well as several good eating establishments. Would recommend this unit to everyone!

Wow, what a great location. You can walk to everything from here whether it's a beach, shops restaurant's or groceries from here. You could stay here without a car, but why would you when there's so much to see on the island? The parking is free. Charley young/Kamoale 1 beach are a 2 minute from the door and Cove beach is 5 minutes and great for beginner surfing/paddleboarding. This unit is nicely updated and has a large lanai although traffic noise is a little much at times. The bedroom is very quiet though. Pool is close and so is the Bbq area which had very clean bbq's.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.
