SKI SEASON 2008-2009:

This is an end unit located on the second and last floor. Unobstructed view of the Ten Mile Range. Quiet, lots of light. Decorated in a mountain fashion. Cozy gas fireplace in the living room for hanging out, playing games, and enjoying the solitude.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed with direct access to the bathroom. Bathroom has a tub. The loft has 2 twin beds and a full-size futon. Sofa bed in the living room.
TV in the living room + DVD player. TV in the loft with DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped.

Our condo is close to the best ski areas and the bike path is just a short walk. Hike out your back door to a mountain lake or peak. A ten minute walk will take you into charming Frisco, with excellent restaurants and small shops. Get away from the crowds!
This condo also has a nice spa area with hot tubs, pool, sauna and steamroom, tennis court and laundry facilities. Covered parking.

RATES

Rates are listed below.
We offer a daily and a weekly rate.
***If you stay less than 7 nights, and the weekly rate is cheaper than the daily rate, we will automatically quote you the weekly rate.
***If you are interesting in renting a few days and your booking would allow us to fill a partially booked week, we will apply the prorated weekly rate for your stay:
Example:
The condo is already rented from Thursday until Saturday;
You wish to rent from Saturday until Thursday (5 nights) prior to the next booking; We would charge ($weekly rate/7)*5 = $ instead of the daily or weekly rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We apply one of the easiest and fairest cancellation policies:
Should you need to cancel your trip (for any reasons):
1) 60 days or more before your trip
100% refund ($30 processing fee).
2) within 60 days
a) If we are able to rent to another party for the same price: 100% refund ($30 processing fee).
b) if we are able to rent to another party at a discounted price: we will refund up to the amount we were able to collect from the other party (minus $30 processing fee).
c)if we are unable to rent to another party: no refund. HOWEVER, you will have the option to rebook for a future trip with a $100 penalty and 100% of your remaining payment ( minus a processing fee of $30) will be applied toward your future stay. |
