This is a recently updated end unit located on the second and last floor at the MountainSide Complex. Unobstructed view of the Ten Mile Range. Quiet, lots of light due to 4 extra windows. New windows, new skylight, new flooring, new doors, new trim, new appliances. Decorated in a mountain fashion. Cozy gas fireplace in the living room for hanging out, playing games, and enjoying the solitude.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed with direct access to the bathroom and features new furniture and bedding. Bathroom has a tub. The loft has 2 twin beds and trundles (new furniture, mattresses and bedding). Sofa bed in the living room. This unit sleeps 4 in beds and has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests at all times.
Flat screen TV in the living room + DVD player. TV in the loft with VCR/DVD player. TV in the bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.
Our condo is close to the best ski areas and the bike path is just a short walk. Hike out your back door to a mountain lake or peak. A ten minute walk will take you into charming Frisco, with excellent restaurants and small shops. Get away from the crowds!
This condo also has a nice spa area with hot tubs, pool, sauna and steamroom, tennis court and laundry facilities. Covered parking.

Why the Owner Chose Mountain Side
The MountainSide condominium complex is a very sought-after complex in Summit County. The clubhouse was completely remodeled a few years ago and is very well maintained and cleaned on a daily basis.
Clubhouse amenities include a pool, inside and outside hottubs, a racquetball court, a sauna, a steam room, locker rooms are fully equipped with warm showers.
The complex faces the National Forest and borders the bike path. It is located a walk way from Main Street (5 blocks) in a quiet location. Great for families with children, active people who enjoy the outdoors or retirees looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy the views.

We have stayed in other units at MountainSide in the past, but this is by far one of the best we have stayed in. The view is completely open to the mountains and the condo has just been remodeled with new/comfortable mattresses, bedding, and flooring. It was very clean upon arrival and we thank the owner for being so helpful but most importantly answer any questions in a very timely manner. We will be back!

We stayed in this condo in July, 09 for 6 wonderful days. I love the unobstructed view of the mountains and the fact we were so close to the walking/bike trail. The condo is nice and beds/pillows are comfortable.

It is a very nice end unit with a great view of the mountain right there. The kitchen was well equipped, we cooked all our meals. We loved the huge hot tubs at the clubhouse as we used them every night after skiing. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family and look them up next time we plan a trip in the mountains!

We stayed over Christmas, it is a wonderful condo at a great price. It has everything you need to cook, and plenty of TVs so the parents and kids do not argue. Look forward to staying again.

We stayed in the condo for 4 days over New Years period and had a fabulous time. The condo easily slept the 7 of us, with very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Having 2 bathrooms was extremely helpful too! THe condo is on the corner of a block, so wonderful views surrounded us. We used the hot tubs in the clubhouse after skiing, and they were a great size and never too busy. We would have no problems in recommending this condo to friends.

This is a wonderful condo! We've stayed in a number of Mountainside condos and this is by far one of the nicest. The loft makes the place far more spacious and bright. This condo has nice updates. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you!
