Great location for R&R

Great location in a quiet part of the beach. The yard was perfect for the kids to chill and play. The only issue with the location is the beach itself. It is not exactly ideal or picturesque once the winds kick up. Beaches that are more kids friendly for swimming are about 10 minutes down the road. Other than that, great trip

Beachfront Serenity

The ground floor unit was light-filled with beautiful views and maintained grounds, as well as beach access from the lanai. The location and pace were ideal for being able to relax or to walk or drive to nearby shops/activities. Having the Monsoon Grill on the premises was a delightful bonus!

Was a wonderful place to be together. Ground floor. Easy access to beach and pool and the BBQ’s few minor issues which our hostess dealt with promptly. Well stocked kitchen and comfy furniture.

Loved the ocean front location

We stayed a week. The bed is very comfortable. Loved walking the beach each morning and the view of the sunset from the unit. Well appointed kitchen although we mostly ate dinner out. We would stay there again.

Our visit to Maui was amazing. The condo was fabulous views were amazing and we even had the pleasure of viewing whales right from our patio nightly! Uma was so kind and so responsive to any needs. We were so relaxed dying out stay and felt right at home.

We enjoyed our stay in Kihei. It was so nice being on the ground floor, sitting outside on the patio in the mornings drinking coffee, and watching the ocean. I really loved seeing all the sea turtles popping their heads up as we took our daily early morning walks along the beach. Everyone we met (locals and visitors) were very friendly. Aloha! firstarrived.

Perfect getaway

I have been living in Maui for 23 years and loving every one of them! I am a Maui artist working with jewelry and photography, showing my work outside at the Cannery Mall on Friday and Saturday when I am on island. I've published nine books and have also recorded over 18 music and guided imagery CD's. I live upcountry in Haiku where I have a small macadamia nut, fruit and tropical flower farm surrounded by palms, ferns, trailing vines, and lush, green, nature. I also spend lots of time at the beach where I love to swim, snorkel and catch waves. When you're visiting, feel free to ask me for recommendations about my favorite places on the island.

Why they chose this property

I chose this condo because of it's fabulous location. It was completely remodeled in 2024 with a bathroom remodel in 2024, a bedroom remodel in 2024, a living room remodel in 2025. a new kitchen remodel in 2025 and new air conditioning in 2021 . It's hard to find a condo that's any closer to the ocean than this one is. Not only that, but it's close to all of Kihei's restaurants and entertainment, but well away from it's noise and activity, so you've got the best of two worlds...privacy, peace and quiet with amenities!

What makes this property unique

I stay at this condo myself when I want to get away from the rain in Haiku. It's almost always warm and dry. Since I love to be in the ocean I especially enjoy being able to just step off my lanai and into the water. I especially like the sunset views and the rooftop deck. There are only two Maui condos that I know of that have the rooftop deck. From here you can see all over the island and it's great for having gatherings. Every evening as the sun sets someone blows a conch shell for the most lovely sunset 'salute.'
