Nice but limited interior. Disapointing exterior condition

  • 3 of 5

The house on Corea Road is clean and nice on the inside with some limitations. The kitchen and bathrooms are clean and attractive. The exterior displays numerous deferred maintenance issues including rotting porch railings and surfaces and failing paint. The front fence is broken with missing rails. Furnishings are lacking in bedrooms; two bedrooms have no dressers and the back bedroom has no furniture except a bed and no closet. The house sleeps 8 but there are four chairs for the small dining table and two Adirondack chairs on the small deck. The house give the impression that the owner never goes there. The area is breathtaking however and that makes up for some of the embarrassment I felt when my invited family members arrived at the house I'd been excitedly telling them about for the last several months.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this house. It was perfect for 4 adults and two little ones. The place was very cute and very clean.
