Just a 5 minute walk to the white sand beaches of Charlie Young, Kam I, II & III, and numerous restaurants and shops. Relax by the pool or just sit back and enjoy your favorite books on the private lanai.

The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen for those who love to cook. Complimentary beach gear, Wi-Fi, and parking are a plus.

Nothing is too far from Maui Vista…famous Wailea golf courses are less than 10 minutes away for those who enjoy 9 or 18 holes to make a perfect day in paradise. Walk to Kihei Boat Landing or drive less than 20 minutes to Maalaea Harbor to catch a boat to go snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching (seasonal from Dec-Apr) or on a relaxing sunset cruise.

The complex is located minutes away from shopping areas that will take care of all your vacation needs. There are a total of three buildings and each building has its own pool & tennis courts, which eliminates too many people at the pool. Really liked the place,everything you need;beach supplies,cooking utensils,etc.About 10-15 walk to restaurants,parks,etc.Condo is about 675 sq.ft.,wonderful 👍

very nice

a bit of a long walk to the beach carrying chairs if you are old. Condo was very nice with AC in both living room and bedroom although ceiling fans did most of cooling. Would definitely stay again, but drive to the beach.

The shower head was great. Comfortable accommodations. Kitchen utensils were second class and drawers were stubborn. All in all, reasonable for the price.

My family and I stayed here for 12 days and enjoyed it very much. The unit had everything we needed and was close to shops, restaurants and the beach. I cannot wait to return in the future.

There were only two towels provided. There were no beach towels or pool towels etc. There were some extra towels in the closet, next to a note stating that the towels in the closet were for the next guests, and that if we needed more towels, we needed to wash them. Why do the next guests get pool and beach towels and extra bath towels and we don't? We had friends that stayed in building # 2 and they got a welcome basket full of fruit and snacks, and they got beach towels etc. For the price of the rental, they could've made it more comfortable.

Owner's Response: Aloha & thank you very much for your feedback. I personally inspected the property prior to guests arrival. We have both beach and bath towels available for guests to use. We set aside extra towels in the condo in case we don’t have enough time to launder towels for the next guest. However, we do not prevent guests from using the towels. We just ask that they wash them prior to departure. I am available 7 days a week for any concerns that come up during your visit. We want to be sure everyone is comfortable and happy during their stay. We are very proud of our affordable Maui Vista 3121!
