This vacation condo also features a full kitchen, bath, air conditioning, IPod compatible CD stereo and TV with DVD/VCR. Password secured Wi-fi is also available so you can stay connected. The common area offers a pool, hot-tub, BBQ, tennis court, and laundry facilities. Pets and smoking are NOT allowed.
Kihei is centrally located on the south shore and is close to restaurants, shopping, grocery and gift stores, snorkeling, surfing, beautiful beaches, and golf. The Ma'alaea Boat Harbor featuring the Maui Aquarium, whale/turtle watching, snorkel charters, and sunset dinner cruises is only minutes away.
Maui is a windsurfing paradise! Kihei Bay Surf is less than a quarter mile from south shore launches, including Maui Sunset and Pavilions, and eight miles from north shore launches of Kanaha, Sprecks, and Hookipa.

What a location! Away from the resorts and close to the action in Kihei. Easy drive to anywhere with very well maintained grounds. The condo itself is immaculate and it pays for itself with a full kitchen to avoid expensive meals. Beautiful views, tennis court, and a wonderful poolside grilling patio make this place a steal! Enjoy your stay!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this studio condo. The price is right and it is conveniently located in north Kehei. It was clean, neat, easy to maintain, has good A/C it and contained all the things that we needed during our stay. We were able to use boogie boards, beach towels and an ice chest. Additionally, there were tennis racquets and other things available for use. The condo complex has a nice pool and a tennis court. The owner, Pam, was very helpful with the rental and answered any questions that we had. From the living room you have a bit of ocean view and the listng description was accurate. The beaches, particularly from KameoIe I beach south are outstanding. If you don't have a car, there is bus service nearby. We recommend this unit.

Or, at least, I wish we stay in the condo for a long extended stay... maybe 20 years? I'm sure Pam would have something to say about that... On a serious note, this is the second time we have stayed in Pam's condo, and nothing will change as we continue to visit Maui a couple of times a year. She has the best location in Kihei, and offers a very romantic, quaint, and simple living experience that you really need to match the beauty of Maui. As long as Pam rents this condo, we will continue being faithful customers. My wife and I, after getting married on Honolulu, immediately enjoyed our honeymoon, which was mainly in part to Pam's fantastic and warm experience. I can't recommend this place enough. Just don't reserve the place on our yearly run's. (Just kidding). Mahalo Pam!

We have rented this condo for 10 days in August 2010 and have been more than pleased with it. It is clean, you have everything you need already at the condo plus access to a pool, laundry, tennis court and most imporant: across the street from the beach! Great quality for the price! Kihei is a town well located if you wish to take the car and drive around. Plus plenty of magnificient beaches minutes away! The owners have been really helpful with the info provided and patience to answer all of our questions! We definitely recommand this condo.

On the 3rd night of our stay, my fiancée and myself were enjoying a sunset out on the condo's lanai. As the sun was setting, the next door neighbor started playing the ukulele and singing soft 'pidgin'. On a trip that had so many great moments, deep sea fishing, road to hana, snorkling off marker 14, I can say without a doubt that the soft music in the wind on an amazing sunset eve... well, that was the best of all.
