Our condo is a touch of luxury in paradise. The condo has been luxuriously appointed for your stay. Enjoy coffee on the lanai in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. From sunrise to sunset you'll enjoy your stay here.

Hear the waves crashing while you sleep. Watch the most amazing sunsets! While we can't guarantee it, we encounter sea turtles on almost a daily basis in front of our condo. We’ve seen many whales from our balcony/lanai. And there is great snorkeling right out front.

• There are beach towels in the condo for your use along with bath towels.

• The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans and most things you need for cooking. There is a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer and stove/oven.

Great restaurants are within walking distance; Maui Brewing Company is "stumbling distance" from our condo. They have great food and beer! Hawaiian Village Coffee Shop is very close. Mi-So-Phat Sushi is about a block away. There is also pizza, fast food and asian food close by too. Make sure to get reservations at Mama’s Fish House in Paia early! This is the toughest place to get into on the entire island!

We have a very descriptive information letter that we send to all of our guests with information on the area; what to do, beaches, out of the way things to do, “secret beaches”, hikes, where to eat, what restaurants need reservations, etc.

We are less than 5 miles to Old Lahaina Town and the Kapalua airport is less than a mile away. Endless activity options are just steps away. This is a perfect location for your Hawaiian getaway.

There is public transportation. We are right on a bus line. Parking is included for one vehicle. Uber is now on Maui too!

There is a beach replenishment construction project scheduled for April/May of 2018 at the South end of the condominium complex. There is no work being done on the buildings. We anticipate that construction will occur weekdays during normal work hours (Monday through Friday 8-5) and should not interfere with anything at our condo unit although there may be noise during the day. We have deeply discounted the prices on our calendar to reflect this issue for the entire months of April/May - our normal high season rates are $349 per night. About Maria Russell

We are business owners in the Seattle Washington Area. We have two kids and three dogs. We travel 3-4 times per year and like to go some place warm at least once a year -- because it rains a LOT in Seattle! We do a lot of our business through e-mail and "the cloud" so great Internet access is a MUST HAVE for us. We like culture, music and off-beat things. Especially if it involves good food! We own multiple condos in the area. We love this area of Hawaii and Maui in particular. We know almost all of our neighbors and have spent a lot of time hiking and eating our way around the island. The tropical plants around our building are amazing which is what brought us to this particular condo. We are here as much as possible and around the area almost all winter.

Why Maria Russell chose Honokowai

We work hard and need a place to relax and get away from the hustle and speed of everything. This is it! Maui is an amazing place and it's hard to find a property that fits our personality. We love this area on the West Side of Maui because of the tradewinds that blow through here and that it is more tropical than other areas of the island and not as hot. It's not in the big resort areas but there are some GREAT restaurants within walking distance and the snorkeling and surfing are world class right out front! We have an on-site manager to handle any issues that may arise.

What makes this Condo unique

West Maui is quiet and the beaches are a lot less crowded than other areas on the island. The best part of this area are the calm trade winds that seem to blow most of the time and keep the area comfortable. And we are very close to many good restaurants, beaches and surf breaks - All of the things we like about Hawaii!
