We are excited to provide a luxury experience for our guests. Banyan 132 is surrounded by an attractive planter and plumeria tree and overlooks an expansive park-like grassy area. Twenty steps from the back door is one of two pools and a jaccuzzi. The ocean and a second larger pool are 200 steps away.. You can sit on our lanai for a sunset Mai Tai or walk along the beach any time. There is an Outdoor Grilling area within steps of your lanai.

The kitchen is state-of-the-art with all the utensils to prepare gourmet meals and the on-property Castaway's Restaurant is a minutes walk over to ocean view breakfasts and beach dinners.

The shower with inlaid tile and hand held nozzle is the perfect ending to a swim and relaxation. The king size bed is appointed with quality linens for your comfort. There are stainless steel outdoor grills close by.

Often, time on your own lanai is the order of the day with dinner and wine in the quiet of the evening.

We are two retired psychoanalysts from Newport Beach California and while already owning a two bedroom condo in the resort we have longed for a smaller place to provide an elegant cosy retreat for ourselves and our guests.

Why Judith Kent (owner) chose Lahaina

We have been coming to Maui Kaanapali Villas for 15 years and consider it the gem of the Kaanapali Coast. It is quiet, classy, intimate and friendly. The swimming beach is pure sandy joy and snorkeling is 400 yards up the beach. I love to start each day with a power walk on the oceanfront board walk where young and old, alike and sauntering or jogging. When you are through you can just drop into the ocean and cool off. Our condo has a corner location allowing a light bright interior, while the lanai has a lovely hedge and shade for all day sitting.

What makes this condo unique

I think Maui Kaanapali Villas is unique among the rental opportunities along Kaanapali Beach. The beach varies up the coast and while some resorts offer high rise ocean views, the beach in front of their resort is often not swimmable. Currents, coral, rock and windy areas make the beach experience less enjoyable. MKV has a pure sandy clear beach up and down inviting a hands on experience of the warm inviting waters of Maui. Where ever you are on the property you are never far from the views and sand of the ocean. You can dine next to the water at Castaways, or relax with a drink at the double pool or poolside bar. The Resort creates an atmosphere of friendly welcome, while allowing one to find quiet and solitude when desired.

Clean and comfortable condo in a lovely resort

The resort is conveniently located near Kahekili Beach Park with great snorkeling out front. Many dining and shopping options are close by. The property is very well-maintained and is perfectly situated on the quiet side of Black Rock.

Reserving the unit, checking in, and checking out all went smoothly. Renters are now charged $20/day (+tax) resort fee.

The condo is well-maintained. The kitchen and bathroom are updated, and everything was clean. We enjoyed our location on the bottom floor; the unit is very convenient to the pools and the beach.

Overall, we were satisfied with the condition of the unit, with the exception of the pullout couch. My friend thought the king bed was quite nice, but I found the pullout to be extremely uncomfortable. Placing a folded blanket between the mattress and sheet helped a tad, but the springs were brutal, and the sheets were tattered. I do not recommend it as a sleeping option.

I think this condo is wonderful for a solo traveler or a couple sleeping together. I would definitely return, and I’d recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful time. We were nervous booking a new place on line but it was all we hoped for.

We liked the location of the unit. Easy to walk to the pool and beach but just far enough when we wanted quiet or easy access to parking and the laundry. We liked being able to walk to restaurants and shopping. We plan to go again.

We loved our stay! The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very inviting. It has everything you need to feel at home during your stay. The location, pools, and beach is beautiful as well! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place condo was everything we expected.

MKV , the nices place we have stayed in Maui over several years Ka’anapali beach is the best beach in West Maui maybe all of Maui, MKV front desk staff so friendly and helpful. The pools, the Castaway restaurant was great as well.

Really good trip we will be back soon and will be booking At Maui Kaanapali Villas for sure we met so many nice owners and guests several owners even told us to look at there units when booking next trip very helpful.

Fantastic location, perfect amenities

We loved our stay in this unit. Literally a 30 second walk to an awesome pool/hot-tub and a 1 minute walk to a perfect beach. The unit is outfitted with great amenities (central air, quiet fan, smart TV, top-notch kitchen appliances). We had a wonderful stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

We are on the boardwalk that runs all along the ocean front. You can walk to Black Rock and Whalers Village for fabulous dining and shopping. There are many Quality Restaurants within 15 minutes and day trips to Hana Road into the tropical rain forest is a must. Also a day trip to upcountry for shopping in Mackawa and dining at HaliMali Market for a meal to remember.
