From my understanding we were the first couple to stay here and we couldn't have been happier. It is nearly as remote and off-the-grid as you can get while still having all the comforts of home on top of having a tiny house experience. For a new rental, all the details were covered down to the wine glasses, reading lights, and stocked spice cabinet. You do need to be comfortable with the fact the property is self-contained and relatively remote so yes it may take a minute to find the right water temp for showering, it is down a dirt road, the closest store of any kind is 20-25 minutes away, and cell service is spotty, but this is what we wanted and what we got. Gas stove, good size fridge for all the food we brought in, beyond comfortable bed.. great all around. Ironically we met the owner Tom as he owns the white water rafting company we went out with during our stay (highly recommend as well). Great guy with a clear love for the area. Would come back again in a heartbeat.
